My hope for you in our individual work together is for you to begin to feel an increasing sense of hope that things are shifting in your life as well as experience some concrete changes.
I approach individual therapy from a relational perspective. What this means is that I understand that we live in interconnected relationships and this impacts us and our daily experience. Often times, clients tell me that this way of looking at things takes away the pressure and the shame of everything being “their fault” or of something being "wrong with them".
