I grew up in Quebec and feel deeply rooted to the language, culture, and natural environment. I have lived across Canada and the USA, from the mountains to the sea.
I am an adventurer and love exploring and deepening my knowledge about myself and the world around me. I am committed to a conscious and natural life. I love bright colours, movement, yoga, creating, cooking, laughing, all things outdoors/nature related, music, spending time with my family, backcountry camping, and meaningfully connecting with the important people in my life.
I am also a mom and a partner in a relationship. I find motherhood to be extremely challenging and illuminating. I am on my own continuing depth-oriented journey and am invested in my continuous growth and evolution. Also... I'm not perfect. I'm human, I have problems. I struggle at times (often) and seek support when needed. I make mistakes in my relationships and my parenting and am constantly working through my own personal healing journey.
